Registration and payment
The team leader must make an online payment of 100 euros by credit card, completing the electronic form on the European website.

Entrants who are nationals and current residents of one of countries of the following list (Albania, Byelorussia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldavia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Yugoslav Republic) will pay an entry fee of 50 euros (instead of 100 euros) for access to a complete site folder.

Number of submissions to the competition
Each team leader and/or team can enter submissions on several sites, provided that those sites are in different countries.
